- Wet/Damp refresh with the Leave In Conditioner.
Shipping policy
Delivery and shipping prices depend on the value of your order and delivery options will be displayed during the checkout process. Please note that delivery times are not guaranteed and some parcels can take slightly longer due to postal delays, especially during busy times and Covid.
2PM is cut-off time for orders
Please ensure that someone is available to receive the order at your chosen delivery address. If you are not at home during normal office hours you can provide us with an alternative delivery address where someone will be available to sign for your parcel.
If you are not there to receive for your order, the courier will leave a telephone number for you to call to make alternative delivery arrangements.
We ship internationally, but due to Covid, we may from time to time restrict shipments to certain Countries following the advice of our couriers.

All orders are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked Delivery, unless otherwise stated.
Delivery is 3-5 working days (Monday - Friday, excluding Bank Holidays)
a. Order values over £26 - £0.00.
b. Order values under £26 - £2.95.
Next Day Delivery:
a. £1.45 (orders over £26) via Royal Mail Tracked 24 Service
b. £4.95 (orders under £26) via Royal Mail Tracked 24 Service.
*Royal Mail aims to deliver Tracked 24 the next working day but due to Covid, this is not guaranteed and may sometimes take longer.
PLEASE NOTE : Minimum order value is £25.00 on all Non-UK deliveries
Non UK Deliveries / Shipping Costs
We do not currently deliver to the European Union of North America.

Customs, Duty and Taxes:
Please note, for international delivery, you the customer may have to pay custom/excise fees on your orders.
International deliveries are shipped via RoyalMail, DHL or UPS and all parcels are tracked or signed depending on the country.
We aim to deliever all orders to the UK within 2 working days, unless next working day delivery is selected at checkout.
International orders take between 3 to 7 working days depending on the country and limitations imposed by Covid.
Returns and exchanges
If for any reason you're dissatisfied with your purchase, we will gladly offer a refund on all products returned to us within 28 days of your receipt, provided they are returned in their original packaging, in an unopened and unused condition.
Please be aware that due to EU hygiene regulations we cannot offer a refund, replacement or exchange on items returned in non-saleable condition.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
